EXTON, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Innovative Solutions & Support, Inc. (NASDAQ:ISSC) today announced that
the Company has entered into an agreement with the Triumph Group, Inc.
to partner as an installation center for Innovative Solutions &
Support’s (IS&S) Cockpit/IP® Flat Panel Display System (FPDS) for
Classic Series Boeing 737 and 757/767 and its Integrated Standby Unit
(ISU) at all of its locations throughout the world.

The IS&S flight deck upgrade replaces aging flight instruments on the
Classic Series Boeing 737 and the 757/767 utilizing a common 10.4-inch
LCD display architecture that IS&S developed and certified to increase
operational performance, improve dispatch and on-time arrival, simplify
maintenance, enhance situational awareness and improve safety for legacy
aircraft. In service on over 320 Boeing 757/767 aircraft the IS&S
retrofit decreases power consumption and weight resulting in fuel
savings and reduced CO2 emissions and achieves 3 and 10 day MMEL
approval all within minimum installation downtime.
The FPDS offers scalable growth to satisfy operators’ demands today, as
well as a platform for NextGen and SESAR requirements. The FPDS is
CPDLC, RNP, ADS-B In-Trail capable and offers the option of Class 3
E-Charts with own ship position.
